To book a place at Blazin' in Beauly, simply print out the Application Form below, fill out and post back to the address on the form, along with a cheque payable to Blazin' in Beauly. If you are under 18 your application must be accompanied by a Under 18 Consent Form (see below). There is also a list of accommodation providers and General Information documents below. Also go to our links page for further information on accommodation, travel and the area.
This year we will be providing commemorative T-shirts (select on the application form) If you would like one then please ensure your application form reaches us by no later tha Mon 20 Sept.
Students should book concert tickets with this application as remaining tickets go on sale to the General Public after the closing date (Mon 20 Sept). You can only book a maximum of 4 tickets per concert. Conc (concession) - Under18, Student, OAP, Unemployed, Low Income (Under £15k per annum). Please bring evidence .
Discounts - We will give a 10% discount to the total cost of a family group booking if booking for the full week course. Please inquire.

UNDER 18's: Due to the legal requirements relating to the supervision of persons under 18, Parents/ Legal Guardians must be aware that Blazin’ in Beauly do not supervise Under 18’s during breaks/lunch. Parents/ Legal Guardians or someone nominated by the Parent or Legal Guardian must therefore be responsible for their child's welfare whilst attending Blazin’ in Beauly. If the person is 16 or 17 and not being accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian, a letter must accompany the Under 18's Consent Form, stating that this is the case.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: Please note that if you cancel your place any time up to 2 weeks before the event a refund will be given less a £50 administration fee. After that no refund will be given. If for any reason Blazin' in Beauly is unable to go ahead a full refund will be given. | |
