DAYTIME

CLASSES / ACTIVITIES


There will be daily morning core classes in fiddle, guitar, keyboard and cello with Blazin’ Fiddles and friends. Please note that we do not run a beginner fiddle class and that guitar, keyboard and cello are mixed ability.

In addition there will also be a selection of optional workshops and seminars, including Group Work, in the afternoon and concerts in the evening.

Blazin' in Beauly - Sunday Outing

Bus departs Lovat Arms Hotel - 1.15pm, £10


Come and join some of the team and students for an outing on the Jacobite Queen, a superb boat trip down Loch Ness. There will be a surprise event awaiting you on board!

CONCERTS: There are several concerts taking place throughout the week. Concert tickets are primarily sold in advance to Students via the application form, however there are some tickets available to the general public towards the end of September NOTE: TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR

Guest Tutors Concert

The Whisky show & Iain Macfarlane, Euan Robertson and Ingrid Henderson in a show celebrating the water of life.

The Clunes Collection - a celebration of Donald Riddell, one of the most influential musicians of the last century. Featuring his former pupils Duncan Chisholm, Iain MacFarlane, Bruce MacGregor along with his contemporaries and friends Tearlach MAcFarlane and Anghous Grant. Also with Christine Hanson, Anna Massie and Brian Macalpine.
